In the middle of
Terminillo mountains, in a privileged position, encircled
from a majestic
beech forest, the hotel (the oldest structure of Terminillo
mountains), ideal for mountain lovers, enjoys a wonderful
view.
It is possible to spend, moreover, pleasant
evenings in good company; in fact the structure offers, beyond
the piano bar, dancing and thematic evenings.

The building, constructed
in 30's years, as mountain colony, was also a cure resort for
children affections with tubercular diseases thanks to the extraordinary
purity and quality of the air.
Then it became, during the war,
a German military hospital.
In post-war period it was used as
colony, school, juvenile centre, hostal.
In 90's years Lazio Region carried
out different modernization workings but it remained unusable
for many years.
The building, given on concession
to our company, has been nearly completely restructured since
2000.
A business plan is being carried out in order to realize a modern
permanent centre of vacations for old and young people.
